Who We Are
Manifesto
In March of 2020 during nation-wide lockdown a bunch of High-spirited youth took on the initiative to provide ration packages to daily wagers who were suffering due to lockdown. This bunch later became the founding members of the HAO (Humanity Alliance Organisation).
Today team HAO stands 1500 strong, with over 2000 volunteers across 27 districts in 50+ Universities, enabling the nation to realise a better future.
HAO believes in these truths to be self-evident, that all humans are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, Education, Livelihood and the pursuit of Happiness. However, be it by social injustice or poor government planning, most people are still deprived of these rights, therefore we vow to never rest until we have contributed everything we could towards universal equity.
To create a lasting impact in society team HAO abides by the sustainable development goals, as instructed by the United Nations. Our Projects include water & food for all, Green Pakistan, Hem help, Natural disaster relief response, thalassemia awareness, women empowerment, the change & ration drive. All in all these projects encompass at least 11 out of the 17 SDGs identified by the United Nations.
.So far we have constructed 270+ water projects (sdg 6) , planted 20k+ trees (sdg 11 & 13), distributed 10k+ ration packages (sdg 1 & 2), provided 100k+ daily meals (sdg 2 & 3), constructed school for children and training institution for women in Thar (sdg 3 & 5), completed orphanage in Hafizabad (sdg 10) & sponsored dozens of conferences & mental health campaigns across the nation (sdg 3).
HAO also has planned much more for the future, currently we are raising funds for an orphanage in punjab (target 10M), a school in Sindh(target 5M), & women’s skill institute in Tharparkar (target 2M).

Our Journey
We started our journey in 2019 with some small charitable works. Our official announcement was in the initial stages of the Covid-19 Pandemic. When the Government of Pakistan imposed the first lockdown in March 2020, Humanity Alliance Organization Pakistan (formerly known as Human Aid Organization) initiated a project of ration distribution. In the beginning, this project was self-financed by the senior management but gradually this campaign gained strength. After observing the situation of Pakistan, our senior management team took a vow to carry on this project even after the pandemic ended, and ever since then our team has been getting bigger and has been achieving milestones and targeted goals. Alhamdulillah, our network is spread nation wide with a team of more than 750 people. We have nine Project Heads for nine different projects, twenty-three Regional Heads and a wide network of Ambassadors, all of them working voluntarily. We developed our hierarchical structure to empower each member by dividing the teams at city levels, then made chapters in the local universities, schools, and colleges. We have teams in Lahore, Islamabad, Hafiz Abad, Sialkot, Faisalabad,Chakkwal, Karachi, Kamoki, Kotli, Jhang, Mithi Tharparkar, Achro Thar, Khipro, Sukkur and in Balochistan, our team is working in Khetran, Dera Allah Yar, and Naseerabad.

Our Mission
Humanity Alliance Organization has its foundation in the concept of serving humanity to the fullest. Our sole purpose is to spread positivity, provide everyone with the basic necessities of life in order to make this society a better place for everyone to live in, all this while, focusing on their mental health too.

Our youth is the torchbearer of our nation and we’re hopeful that together we can bring a noticeable change towards betterment, because hope is the key to life and success. For this reason, HAO is a platform that emphasizes on ideas and innovations brought about by our youth. Through our series of projects, we aim to spread awareness regarding our responsibility as a member of this society- that is, to strive towards lending a helping hand to all those in need.
